QUICK TAKE:  Not the best concealer for around the eyes but excellent for covering up blemishes, red spots or random imperfections.  What's so great about this concealer is the fact that you don't have to apply additional powder on top of it to set it in.  Due to it's unique cream-to-powder formula, it sets perfectly even when using it 'on the go' with just your fingers!

When selecting refills for my Trio Keeper, I wanted to have three shades that I could wear together - one highlighting shade, one mid tone shade and one contour shade.  I also wanted three shades I could wear separately by themselves, or paired with my other full sized RBR shadows.

The three shades inside my Trio Keeper are:

Solstice Halcyon - Semi-matt mauve beige.  Use with Gracious Arasari for the perfect nude make-up

Unforgettable Oriole - Delicate, metallic white gold - perfect as a highlighting eye shadow or full-on dazzle effect for the evening

These three shades I picked turned out to be perfect! Not only do they fullfill my wishes, but they far exceed them with their beauty.  All three shades do have some shimmer, although Solstice Halcyon's shimmer is minuscule and only comes out in direct sun.  The formulas of RBR shadows create lively, dynamic iridescence that melt into the eyes for a truly ‘second-skin’ look and feel.  I find the formula to be incredibly lightweight and shockingly creamy for a powder - they stay perfectly placed and look freshly applied all day long.    
Pictures don't show how truly special these colors are; in the words of RBR "Don't be fooled by the colours you see in the swatches. Once applied, these eye shadows come to life, dancing with multi-toned pearls and shimmer, resembling the plumage they were inspired by."

This pen has been formulated to correct dark circles under the eyes and disguise signs of fatigue on the face. Softening, moisturising ingredients ensure excellent skin-care and diminish dark pigmentation in the under-eye area. Light-reflective particles reduce the appearance of brownish or bluish circles.

Application: Corrector Fluid is applied with the built-in brush directly on the eye area. Blend slightly with light touches of the fingertips; don't sweep.

MY REVIEW OF WOLFMAN:

The main reason I love the Laqa & Co. Fat Lap Pencil is the applicator. I can’t tell you how convenient the twist-up, jumbo-sized pencil is for quick & easy applications.  I just pull the fat Lip pencil out of my purse, and apply to my lips - anywhere, any time and without the need for a mirror!  With two effortless swipes across my upper and lower lips, the soft and perfectly-sized round pencil covers just the right amount with a beautiful semi-sheer pink shine.

The shade, Wolfman, is my favorite shade from Laqa & Co. that I’ve tried so far. It’s the prettiest pink shade that finishes like a mix of rose-pink and bubblegum pink with the slightest touch of milky opulence.

The finish is not as matte as a lipstick and not as glossy as a lip gloss, it’s right in the middle of the two, being a great alternative to your traditional lip products. The consistency is soft and creamy once applied and it lasts a good amount of time on the lips; I wouldn’t call it super long-lasting but to be honest, I don’t really care how long it lasts since it’s so incredibly easy to re-apply!

An added bonus is that you can bring this fat lip pencil to the beach, pool or any hot weather situation and you will never have to worry about it melting, separating or just simply becoming too hot & gooey to apply – the pencil stays perfectly intact! Overall I think it’s a great beauty product find, with pretty color options and quality moisturizing ingredients AND it gets an A+ for easy application!

Jenni reviews a new Rouge Bunny Rouge product used in the Santa Ana look for Fall 2012 - Captured Mist Of Serenity Gentle Cleansing Water

This amazingly gentle yet incredibly effective cleansing water/makeup remover is a must-have product for me.  I received the Captured Mist of Serenity Gentle Cleansing Water this past June, and now that its halfway through September I've repurchased it twice and I'm almost done with my third bottle.

Obviously I love it, and in just a short three month span it has become a necessary step in my skincare routine. However, I'm not that surprised that I fell hard for this cleansing water; First and foremost it's made by Rouge Bunny Rouge and I'm yet to be even mildly disappointed with any of their products - seriously every RBR product I try not only impresses me, but it exceeds my expectations and outshines all other products of its kind!  Second reason I'm not surprised I love it so much, is due to the fact that it contains Micellar Water - which is already a favorite ingredient of mine to remove dirt, oil and impurities in a gentle and refreshing way (See Melvita Fresh Micellar Water review here).

I love to use the Gentle Cleansing Water throughout the day - anytime I need a quick, refreshing pick me up or when I need to get rid of any dirt and impurities.  It miraculously removes all unwanted materials from my face, even stuff that's invisible to the naked eye.  In fact, I often use it on a clean face (no products or makeup on face) and I'm always amazed at how the cotton pad is filled with random dirt particles that I didn't even know were there!
Best part is that it leaves my skin perfectly matte yet silky smooth.  The Sodium Hyaluronate ingredient really does work wonders keeping my skin well moisturized and never feeling dry.
Another skin improving ingredient in this product, is one called Cornflower Water.  Known for its' skin soothing and calming properties, Cornflower Water was specifically included for sensitive skin types.  I certainly appreciate any product formulated for sensitive skin, and I can personally attest to the fact that this product does indeed calm my redness and stressed skin.
The Micellar Water in RBR's Gentle Cleansing Water includes an ingredient called micelles, which is responsible for trapping bacteria and dirt— making this product excellent for removing makeup as well.  I actually think this product is one of the best make up removers I've ever used before.  It's incredibly effective at removing all traces of face makeup, eye shadow, mascara and even eye liner!  A little cleansing water on a cotton ball goes a very long way; I've removed foundation from my entire face with just 1-2 cottons.  When removing eye makeup, it's unlike so many other oil-free makeup removers because this cleansing water never irritates my delicate eye skin.  It really is a gentle makeup remover that double as a skin improving toner and leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, balanced, looking radiant and feeling fresh!
